What did your resignation intent letter say?
It caused the VP and Pres to resign as well.

On April 1st, 2009, 8:15 am, I sent an email concerning my "Intent to Resign" to the Vice-President of ABATE.

The blacked out area concerns personal information that was part of the overall problem, but does not concern ABATE members. The president has a way of making matters "personal".

At 9:25 am on that same day, the Vice-President Resigned by email

So what caused this chain of events...?

I find it humorous that members have been told that I, Mike Price, lied and conspired to replace the President and Lobbyist. Of course there have been no examples given of this conspiracy because there are none.

If it were true... why would the President and Vice President resign? Makes no sense... unless maybe I was about to spill possible damaging information concerning the previous few days?

For the record, members need to know that the Vice President was not guilty of any wrong doing. Instead, he was also caught up in the mess that the President was throwing at us and (as stated to me by phone) was also a member of the "conspiracy".
